Have fun and keep learning this summer with summer camp programs at Oxford Learning London Byron! Balancing academics and play with field trips to Springbank Park, our summer camp programs keep kids on track with learning while having a great time doing it!

Policies and Procedures
- Nut-free policy: In order to protect children with allergies, our centre is a nut-free environment. Please do not send items that contain nuts, that are nut-based or items that may contain nut oil. Please note that anything with traces of nuts or "may contain nuts" are not permitted and will be discarded.
- What to bring: Please ensure that your child brings a reusable bottle of water. We encourage our younger children to have a change of clothes packed in their backpacks. Children are advised not to bring any items of value, as Oxford Learning Byron is not responsible for lost or damaged articles. All personal items are to be labelled with your child’s name!
- Pick up and drop off: Please drop off and pick up your child on time! Only those named on the registration form are allowed to pick up your child. Please inform the centre if someone else will be picking up your child.
- Payments and refunds: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon registration. The balance is due as of July 1, 2024. Payment in full is required for enrolments received on May 1, 2024 and onwards. Please note that there are no refunds for missed or unused classes.
- Make-up classes: your scheduled days and times are reserved for your child. Due to the high volume of camp students, we do not offer make-up classes.
- Illness: if your child is not well enough to participate in camp, please keep them home. Should we find that your child becomes ill during the program, you will be contacted to pick up your child.
- Most importantly, have fun! We are looking forward to a great summer filled with fun and learning!
